Mr. Mark Parmerlee serves as Chairman at Jalapeno Tree Holdings, LLC. Mark Parmerlee is president and chairman of Golden Southern Chicken Corp., which he bought in 1989. The Richardson company operates 109 Golden Chick restaurants, including one in Amman, Jordan. There are locations under development in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and China. Parmerlee is also a majority shareholder of Jalapeno Tree Holdings, the parent company of the namesake chain of Mexican restaurants in East Texas.
